Design Director - Packaging

Leading the creative vision for packaging, the full-time salaried Design Director - Packaging will define and evolve OLLY's packaging ecosystem while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Define and evolve OLLY's packaging vision across core business and innovation initiatives Establish creative standards and provide direction to enhance packaging quality and effectiveness Identify opportunities for innovation and guide teams towards high-impact packaging initiatives Required Qualifications: 7-15+ years of experience in packaging design, brand design, or creative leadership A portfolio showcasing exceptional design thinking and packaging expertise Proven experience in developing packaging systems and consumer-facing design solutions Experience leading and developing high-performing creative teams Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
