What you’ll do
- Own the creative direction of your brands and lead the process from idea to delivery
- Review and refine the team’s work and keep raising the bar
- Lead client presentations and pitches
- Coach and develop designers and plan for the next generation of talent
- Manage team resources and budgets to get the best work made
- Partner with strategy and client leadership to grow client relationships
