Design Director — Lead Cohesive FinTech Product Design

Chime is hiring a Design Director to lead Product Design across our Spending, Savings, and Investing experiences. You'll shape how millions of members interact with their money every day—from the experiences they rely on most often to the ones that help them build toward what's next.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $242,000 and up to $335,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
