Our client is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Design Coordinator to provide essential operational and administrative support to a busy design team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating order, managing physical materials, and helping creative teams stay focused and productive.

What You’ll Do

• Support designers by locating, preparing, and returning swatches, samples, and product materials.
• Maintain accurate organization of showroom displays, storage areas, sample libraries, and supply closets.
• Measure product samples, bags, and related materials as requested.
• Photograph products and samples clearly for internal sales and design use.
• Track inventory levels, organize incoming materials, and coordinate replenishment of supplies.
• Assist with daily administrative, scheduling, and coordination needs across the design department.
• Help maintain a clean, efficient, and presentation-ready workspace.

• A dependable, proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Ability to manage physical samples, measurements, inventory, and storage systems efficiently.
• Confidence following direction while supporting multiple designers and stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Experience in retail, showroom operations, stockroom management, visual merchandising, product coordination, or administrative support is preferred.
