Design-Build Project Manager – Water/Wastewater

The Role:

• Lead Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build and P3 strategies, pursuits and project delivery.
• Build and strengthen relationships with municipal clients, contractors and industry partners.
• Support business development, competitive pursuits and proposal preparation.
• Oversee subcontractor and subconsultant selection, risk management and contract negotiations.
• Provide leadership on best practices across collaborative project delivery.
• Represent the business at relevant industry organisations and events.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater and infrastructure project delivery and business development.
• 5+ years of hands-on Design-Build and/or P3 project experience.
• Strong industry network and understanding of East Coast procurement environments.
• Experience negotiating contracts with owners, contractors and design subcontractors.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

*PE, PMP, CMAA or DBIA qualifications are preferred.
