Carilion Clinic, Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine (VTCSOM), and the Department of Medicine, Section of Dermatology & Mohs Surgery in Roanoke, Virginia, are seeking a Dermatology Program Director. This role involves joining an established team of 14 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in an academic, multisite practice. The successful candidate will lead the Dermatology program, contributing to teaching, research, and mentorship opportunities within a comprehensive dermatologic, cosmetic, and micrographic surgery & dermatologic oncology setting.

- Provides comprehensive dermatologic, cosmetic, and micrographic surgery & dermatologic oncology to a catchment area of over 1 million people
- New, state-of-the-art facility located on the Medical School campus
Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $450,000
- Max Starting Salary: $705,000
- Eligible to participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs
- Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary
