Carilion Clinic (CC), Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine (VTCSOM), and the Department of Medicine, Section of Dermatology & Mohs Surgery in Roanoke, Virginia are searching for a Dermatology Program Director to join an established team of 14 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in an academic, multisite practice. This role offers teaching, research, and mentorship opportunities, with faculty appointments through the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. The successful candidate will contribute to providing comprehensive dermatologic, cosmetic, and micrographic surgery & dermatologic oncology services to a catchment area of over 1 million people.

Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $450,000
- Max Starting Salary: $705,000
- Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
- Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary
