Dermatology Practice Director: Multi-Site Operations Leader

The Dermatology Practice Director at Peraza Dermatology Group will lead daily administrative operations, partner with the Physician Owners, and drive strategy, culture, and growth across five locations in NH and VT.

You will recruit, coach, and develop the operations team, manage budgets, policy compliance, and vendor relationships while balancing patient care with business needs in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment.
