- Setting: Outpatient Dermatology
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Volume: Approximately patients per day
- Positions: 1
- Licensure: NY license preferred; providers with a pending NY license may be considered
- Practice Locations
- The two locations are approximately 28 minutes apart.
- Strong clinical support with approximately 1 LPN, RN, or MA for every 12 patients
- Typical volume is patients/day
- Flexible scheduling may be considered
- Providers interested in performing minor procedures/surgeries may have that opportunity based on experience and practice needs
- Board Certification: Highly preferred
- BLS: Required
- AHA or RQI certification
- Minimum 3 years of recent Dermatology experience
- Recent Epic experience required
- Must be able to provide outpatient dermatology care
- Residents and Fellows cannot be accepted
- NY license in hand is preferred
- Recent work history should be current, with no unexplained gaps of 30+ days
