Emergency Solutions is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing, patient-focused dermatology practice with multiple locations throughout the Philadelphia area.

Compensation and Benefits- Base salary: $150,000 $170,000 annually
- Additional compensation equal to 25% of collections

Qualifications- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of one year of general or surgical dermatology experience required
- Recent graduates will not be considered
- Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
