- Competitive compensation:
- Base salary: $140,000 $165,000
- Average total compensation: $225,000 $250,000 through an uncapped productivity model.

- Previous Dermatology experience Preferred.
- Experience working under a board-certified dermatologist.
- Medical dermatology experience preferred (aesthetics experience is also welcomed if trained under a dermatologist or plastic surgeon).
- SDPA Diplomate is preferred but not required.
