Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the US, is seeking a BC/BE Dermatologist to join its established practice at Marshfield Medical Center - Chippewa Falls. This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established patient panel and collaborate with dermatology colleagues across the system. Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Provide consultative services
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide nonsurgical and surgical care to patients of all ages
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Compensation floor of $675,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
- Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- $125,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated residency in Dermatology of at least 4 years' duration (transitional year + 3 years' dermatology residency) accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada in the residency
- Certification by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training

- Experience can be demonstrated by providing residency or fellowship log (for recent graduates)
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing a quality profile from hospital(s) showing clinical activity for the past 24 months, including numbers of procedures performed morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications, with active involvement in at least 100 Dermatology procedures in the last 24 months (for applicants not directly out of residency)
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing documentation of clinical activity for the past 24 months, with active involvement in at least 100 Dermatology cases in the last 24 months (if quality profile is not available)
