- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Compensation floor of $675,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
- Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs H-1B
- $125,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years
