Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join their full-spectrum outpatient general dermatology practice. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of dermatologists and Mohs surgeons, with clinical research opportunities available. Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum general dermatology care
- Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate communication
Compensation
- Pay range: $514,199–$555,891
- First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median
- RVU production model beginning in year two
- Signing bonus
- Relocation expenses covered (including packing) up to $20,000
- CME allowance: $10,000 every two years
