Optum WA (The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Dermatology physician to join their team at clinics in Everett or Marysville. This clinician-led organization is dedicated to advancing healthcare practices in Washington and offers a supportive environment with advanced technology and a network of primary and specialty care providers. The role emphasizes physician autonomy and focuses on general dermatology consults, follow-ups, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Focus on General Dermatology consults, follow-ups and procedures

Compensation

• $60,000 in bonuses (no repayment clauses)
• Generous starting & retention bonuses + Quality & Production Bonuses
• Generous relocation package
• Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $360,000 - $672,500
• Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

Requirements

• BC/BE in Dermatology
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the state of WA
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
