Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of heath care providers
Compensation
- Base Salary plus bonus with quality based bonus
- Bonus incentives are based on production and quality metrics
- Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $358,000 - $701,500
- Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

Requirements
- Required: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S.
- Required: Dermatology training
- Required: Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas
- Required: Valid DEA license, or the ability to obtain prior to employment
- Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
- Preferred: A working understanding and support of a managed care environment
