Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System, is seeking a full-time Dermatologist to join its growing Medical Specialties Service Line in Paramus, New Jersey. This role involves delivering patient-focused, evidence-based care for a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including general, medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology for all ages. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, flexible team player with excellent communication and critical thinking skills, thriving in a dynamic community-based office and hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dermatologic care in outpatient setting
- Manage a wide range of skin conditions across all age groups
- Participate in practice and service line meetings
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Engage in community outreach and dermatology-related engagement activities
Compensation
- Competitive compensation models include generous wRVU productivity incentive with the opportunity to grow, uncapped
- Compensation range from $370K to $420K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Requirements
- An MD or DO
- Board eligible or certification in Dermatology
- Existing or Eligibility for New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS required
