Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Provide consultative services
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide nonsurgical and surgical care to patients of all ages

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated residency in Dermatology of at least 4 years' duration (transitional year + 3 years' dermatology residency) accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing residency or fellowship log (for recent graduates)
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing a quality profile from hospital(s) showing clinical activity for the past 24 months, including numbers of procedures performed morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications (for applicants not directly out of residency)
- Must be able to demonstrate active involvement in at least 100 Dermatology procedures in the last 24 months (for applicants not directly out of residency)
- If a quality profile is not available, documentation of clinical activity for the past 24 months is required, demonstrating active involvement in at least 100 Dermatology cases in the last 24 months
