Carilion Clinic is seeking a Dermatologist/Mohs Surgeon to join an established team of 14 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in an academic, multisite practice in Roanoke, VA. This position offers a unique opportunity to split time between Mohs surgery and General Dermatology, with abundant teaching, research, and mentorship opportunities through the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. The role is based at a new, state-of-the-art facility located on the Medical School campus, providing comprehensive dermatologic, cosmetic, and micrographic surgery & dermatologic oncology services to a large catchment area.

Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $450,000
- Max Starting Salary: $705,000
- Eligible to participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.
- Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary.

- Incentive Pay: Base Salary plus two (2) potential bonuses
