Dermatologist

We are seeking a Dermatologist to join our growing healthcare team in Huntsville, AL. This position offers the opportunity to specialize in general dermatology or Mohs surgery, focusing on comprehensive skin health needs. The role involves providing patient care, including general dermatological procedures and, for Mohs surgeons, performing cases and closures.

Practice Info

• Patient volume will vary between 20-60 patients per day for general dermatology and 12-25 patients per day for Mohs surgery.
• Flexible split of days between general dermatology and Mohs based on preference.

Responsibilities

• Offering skin consultations.
• Evaluating patient skin conditions by screening for disease.
• Utilizing patient medical history as part of skin assessments.
• Prescribing medication for the treatment of skin conditions.
• Performing surgical procedures on the skin (Mohs cases and general dermatology procedures).
• Talking to patients about the status of their skin health.

Compensation

• Year 1: Guarantee with % of collections; Average first year income: $450K to $550K, up to $700K.

Requirements

• BC in Dermatology.
• Any years of experience considered, including new graduates.
• Willing to obtain a medical license in Alabama.
