Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
- Provide both face-to-face and tele-dermatology consultations.
- Perform surgical and non-surgical dermatologic procedures, including treatment of skin lesions.
- Diagnose and treat disorders involving the skin, hair, nails, mouth, and external genitalia.
- Provide consultation for Veterans referred from other specialties and affiliated outpatient clinics.
- Provide emergency dermatology consultation and coverage as assigned.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and quality assurance initiatives.
Compensation
- Competitive federal compensation
- Salary from $300,000 to $400,000
- Potential eligibility for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) and recruitment incentives, subject to position and program eligibility
