Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon

Carilion Clinic is seeking a Dermatologist/Mohs Surgeon to join an established team of 14 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in an academic, multisite practice in Roanoke, Virginia. This role offers a unique opportunity to split time between Mohs surgery and General Dermatology, with ample teaching, research, and mentorship opportunities through the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. The position is based in a new, state-of-the-art facility, providing comprehensive dermatologic care to a large catchment area.

• Join an established team of 14 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Academic, multisite practice.
• Position split between Mohs surgery and General Dermatology.
• New, state-of-the-art facility located on the Medical School campus across the street from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
• Additional plans for further expansion in progress.
• Provide comprehensive dermatologic, cosmetic, and micrographic surgery & dermatologic oncology to a catchment area of over 1 million people.

Compensation

• Min Starting Salary: $450,000
• Max Starting Salary: $705,000
• Eligible to participate in Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.
• Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary.

• Incentive Pay: Base Salary plus two (2) potential bonuses
