Derivatives Clearing Operations Team LeadDerivatives Clearing Operations, part of ISG Equity Operations, provides functional support for Listed and OTC Derivatives activity cleared by Morgan Stanley on behalf of our Institutional clients, Wealth Management clients, and proprietary trading desks. The organization partners closely with Sales and Trading to develop and implement new products and services as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes. At all times we are focused on delivering quality service to clients both internal and external. ISG Product Operations partners closely with Shared Services and Banking Operations as well as Branch Operations and Operations Risk & Control to deliver a connected 'front to back' view of operations to ISG Sales and Trading.The North American Trade Support Group (TSG) within Derivatives Clearing Operations is responsible for post-execution trade flow for futures and options contracts, on North American Exchanges.
The role offers an opportunity to interface with the world's largest derivatives markets and directly support the Sales & Trading business units.The Clearing Team Lead is responsible for the management and supervision of critical functions including topday clearing through central counterparties, trade break resolution, position transfers, and process automation through Morgan Stanley's proprietary platforms.
