Derivatives & Commodities Associate

Dechert LLP seeks an associate with 3 to 6 years of experience in commodities law to join our Financial Services group in Charlotte. You will advise on a broad spectrum of fund structures, regulatory matters, cross-border registrations, and enforcement issues for leading financial institutions and asset managers.
