The primary responsibilities will be:Oversee building maintenance, ensure uninterrupted service, and liaise with Contracting Officer Representative for multiple government sites located in Bismarck, Fargo and Grand Forks, North DakotaManage staffing, subcontracting and Building Operating PlanAdminister NCMMS; oversee energy/water efficiencyManage safety, environmental compliance and system maintenanceCoordinate additional services and prepare reports.Ensure staff training/certification manage emergenciesCoordinate with contractors/Government personnelImplement sustainable practices, pest management, and waste programsOversee special maintenance: snow removal, groundsManage hazardous materials and fire protection systemsMaintain architectural and structural systemsMaintain an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS usageComplete mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor EmployeesRequired Qualifications:US CitizenHigh School diplomaA minimum of 10 years of O&M/Facilities Management type experience (preferably supporting federal/government sites), with at least 5 years in a project management/supervisory role and 3-5 years as a Project Manager, Deputy PM or equivalent.Experience must be in the operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for buildings of the approximate size, complexity, and characteristics of the buildings covered under the North Dakota government contractOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
