This DoD/Military Sector Role is a Program Manager Labor Category Position located at or near Charlotte, NC - HQ/CONUS/OCONUS | AC/RC: All | ACOM: All.This service supports DoD/Military Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements) and ProSidian Team Members work as part of a Key Personnel Cadre (Labor Category: Associate Actuary) to fulfill FFP - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirements and to shall serve as Deputy Program/Project Manager with responsibility for management, oversight, recruitment, support, operations and stakeholder engagement of CONUS/OCONUS Digital Training Facilities (DTF's). This position is responsible for providing and engaging in consistent communication to the Enterprise Management System (EMS) staff, for continuity of operations supporting all stakeholders using the Army Training Information System (ATIS) Digital Training Facilities (DTF's) and at each of the 78 CONUS/OCONUS DTF sites. A Digital Training Facility (DTF) is a computer lab located on Army installations and Reserve sites worldwide – The DTFM provides management and oversight at/for the assigned DTF. Units use DTFs to conduct training that improves individual and unit readiness.Using high-speed internet access, computer based training and Video Tele-Training (VTT) equipment, soldiers and civilians can train when it fits their professional needs and personal schedules. As a training asset, DTFs are ideal for section, squad, or platoon size elements. The Deputy Program/Project Manager shall also collaborate with the Program Manager in managing and providing oversight of Engagement teams Members and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) while maintaining and managing a portfolio of hands on equipment, operation, and on-site operations performed by the Digital Training Facility Managers (DTFM's).This role serves as multipoint interface between client stakeholders, client management, and ProSidian HQ Management as a Key Personnel on The ProSidian Engagement Team.

Deputy Project Managers also plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
