Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key management resource in day‑to‑day operational decision‑making, providing sound judgment and practical leadership
• Support and reinforce the safety, compliance, and reliability of aviation and business operations
• Monitor departmental performance against annual budgets and work with leaders to drive corrective actions and performance recovery
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, capability development, and operational excellence
• Represent the company with government authorities, regulators, and industry bodies as required
• Undertake additional responsibilities aligned with evolving business priorities
