Key Responsibilities for the Deputy Controlling Manager:

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes


• Analyze financial results, cost performance, and operational trends to provide actionable recommendations


• Monitor inventory, raw materials, working capital, and excess/obsolete inventory performance


• Prepare and review management reporting, variance analysis, and financial presentations


• Support internal controls, audit activities, and financial compliance initiatives


• Act on behalf of the Controlling Manager when delegated and assist with leadership of the controlling function

Qualifications for the Deputy Controlling Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field


• 5+ years of progressive experience in controlling, finance, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance


• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, and cost accounting


• ERP experience required; SAP or similar systems preferred
