Step into a senior finance leadership role with an established design and production organization. You will join a stable, family-oriented organization known for a strong industry reputation, supporting licensed and branded apparel across multiple categories with in-house design and retail partnerships. In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting to ensure financial records remain accurate, and prepare and review financial statements on a regular schedule.

You will oversee inventory tracking in collaboration with production teams to keep counts and costs accurate, manage chargebacks and investigate discrepancies, and help resolve retailer-related issues. You will also oversee insurance policies, including renewals, coverage needs, and claim support. You will supervise accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer follow-up, while helping improve financial processes and strengthen internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and experience in a consumer goods environment (ideally fashion or apparel). You should bring strong financial and accounting skills, including reconciliations and day-to-day accounting and reporting, familiarity with accounting or ERP software, and people management experience, with a hands-on leadership style.
