Duties
- Review deposition transcripts to identify key testimony and discrepancies.
- Cross-reference transcripts with case files and medical records.
- Update case files with new information from depositions.
- Conduct post-deposition discussions with clients.
- Communicate case strategy and next steps clearly to clients.
- Maintain a high-volume review queue efficiently.
- Track and enter billable time accurately.
- Escalate cases to trial attorneys when necessary.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Accurate and timely billing habits.
Education
