With a strong focus on quality control and client satisfaction, we're proud to support critical financial operations that impact people every day.Review, analyze, and interpret loan documents and correspondence to ensure system accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Update accounts and follow up on missing information. Research and resolve clients' deposit-related and loan-related questions and problems.Schedule: Monday – Friday.
Hours: EST: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. CST: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
