Deployment Program Manager (Fully Remote)

Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet. Coordinate across engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables. Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely deployment. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of project/program management experience with end-to-end accountability. Experience deploying robotics or automation in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Startup experience with early technology. Experience introducing robotic systems into production. Annual base salary range of $150,000-$180,000 plus equity.
