We’re an early-stage AI startup building next-generation intelligent systems and looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help bring our technology to life with new customers. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI software and real-world deployment—integrating systems into customer environments, troubleshooting in the field, and ensuring smooth, high-impact rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to implement and deploy AI-driven solutions on-site
- Integrate our technology with local networks, WiFi systems, and existing infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with sales, including C level Execs and product teams to tailor deployments for client needs
- Build, test, and debug software interfaces and hardware integrations in real time
- Provide technical support and gather feedback to drive continuous product improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong hands‑on experience with software engineering, networking, and system integration
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and rapidly adapt in dynamic customer environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing directly with clients
- Willingness to travel for customer deployments in the US.
