We are seeking an Electronic Material Classification Supervisor to lead sorting, dismantling, and classification operations within our refining facility.This role focuses on leading teams, driving production performance, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across electronic material processing operations.Job Purpose Lead and manage electronic material classification operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality processing while supporting production goals and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations of electronic material classification and dismantling processesSupervise, coach, and develop team membersMonitor production performance, workflow, and quality standardsCoordinate staffing and resources to meet production targetsEnsure compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencyMaintain production records, reporting, and documentationPartner with Operations, Maintenance, and Safety teamsAddress performance issues and support employee developmentQualifications• High School Diploma or GED required• Two or more years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, or production environments• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment• Experience with material sorting, dismantling, or recycling operations preferred• Must be able to reliably commute to our Fairless Hills location as public transportation is not availableCompliance and Physical Requirements• Must meet ITAR and NAID requirements• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and medical clearance• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods• Ability to work in an industrial environment with required PPESchedule and Benefits• Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM• Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days• 401(k) with company match after six months• Paid time off, company holidays, and safety shoe allowance• Company sponsored events and team lunchesEqual Opportunity Employer Sibanye-Stillwater is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.Ready to Make an Impact Apply today and help support safe, responsible, and sustainable refining operations.
