Responsibilities
- Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service and cleanliness.
- Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew and the next shift managers to prepare for a great shift.
- Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
- Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
- Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
