This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer for all employment matters. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts each week ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Some managers also lead specific departments. Responsibilities include managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
• Guest Service Department Managers ensure crew and managers deliver a strong customer experience, manage promotions, train staff in service procedures, and keep Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized.
• Kitchen Department Managers ensure high quality and safe food, control food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate crew throughout their tenure.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
