Requirements

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, handling assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Managers set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to their teams and other managers.

The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are performed well, that service staff are trained, and that the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru are organized for efficient service.

The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, that food safety and cost controls are maintained, and that kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items.

The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them effectively, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and keeps crew motivated and recognized.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules, a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment, and who are 18 years or older.
