Description

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, managing systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers provide a great customer experience, executes sales promotions properly, trains all service staff, and organizes the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.

The Kitchen Department Manager guarantees the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on new menu items.

The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules shifts to meet sales and profit goals, ensures crew members start strong, and recognizes and motivates them throughout their tenure.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
