Salary Range: $19.64 – $24.86 Hourly

• Bring energy to in-house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.

You’ll Bring

• You know the game. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Team-first mindset. You’re passionate about developing people, building culture, and leading by example.
• High energy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are motivated, and bring enthusiasm to every shift.
• 2 or more years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• Open availability, including late nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for both guests and Team Members.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• High school education or equivalent, valid driver's license, satisfactory background check, ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.

Full-Time Employees – Other Compensation & Benefits

• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals based on role classification and years of service.
• Oregon Sick Leave (OSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (up to 40 hours per year).
