This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. If you are hired for the job described in this posting, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities

• Manage shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Lead assigned department systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
• Guest Service Department: Ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas for the best service.
• Kitchen Department: Deliver high‑quality food quickly, ensure food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department: Hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. Motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
