Job Description - Overview
We are currently looking to fill a full-time and part-time Department Manager position in our store. Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM and we are CLOSED ON SUNDAY.
Starting range for full-time: $20.15 - $21.15 per hour. Starting range for part-time: $16.90 - $17.90 per hour.
A Department Manager Is Responsible For
- Ordering
- Stocking
- Merchandise presentation
- Straightening and cleaning your department
- Backing up cashiers as needed
Requirements
- Applicants must be mature and self‑motivated
- Must be willing to work 2 evenings a week, and every other Saturday
- Must be able to set, fill and maintain merchandise plan‑ograms
- Must have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Must be able to stand 8 hours, excluding breaks
