- Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional guest experience.

- Maintain organized Front Counter, McDelivery cell, and Drive‑Thru operations.
Kitchen DM
- Ensure quality, safety, and fast‑food production.
- Monitor food cost and inventory.
- Train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items.
People DM
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew.
- Motivate and recognize team members.
- Support staff development and retention.
All Department Managers
- Monitor performance and achieve departmental goals.

What You Need
