Job Description - Overview
We are currently looking to fill full-time and part-time Department Manager positions in our store. Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and we are CLOSED ON SUNDAY.
A Department Manager Is Responsible For
- Ordering
- Stocking
- Merchandise presentation
- Straightening and cleaning the department.
- Back-up cashiers as needed.
Compensation
Starting range for full-time: $20.15 - $21.15 per hour. Starting range for part-time: $15.75 - $16.75 per hour.
Job Description - Requirements
- Applicants must be mature and self-motivated.
- Must be willing to work 2 evenings a week and every other Saturday.
- Must be able to set, fill and maintain merchandise plan‑ograms.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Must be able to stand 8 hours, excluding breaks.
