Position Overview

We are looking for a Department Manager to lead our team, ensuring operational excellence, high guest satisfaction, and a safe environment across all areas of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver top‑tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to build a high‑performing crew.

• Maintain food cost and labor results within company standards; manage inventory and vendor relationships.
• Monitor and improve quality metrics, guest feedback, and compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate with other department managers for hiring, training, and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
