Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. They also oversee department systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to their teams and other managers.
Guest Service Department Managers ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed properly, that service staff are trained in procedures, and that Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, that food is safe, food costs are controlled, and all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items.
People Department Managers ensure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them effectively, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. They also motivate crew throughout their employment.
Qualifications
Preferred: previous managerial experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with flexible schedules, a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment, and must be 18 years or older to manage in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
