Responsibilities

• Lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Manage assigned department systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• Oversee the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas, organizing service staff for optimal service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality, fast food that is safe, with controlled food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, while motivating and recognizing crew throughout their time working.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules who can thrive in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

• Pay range is between $17-$21.50 hourly or $35,350-$45,000 annually.
