Overview

Department Managers at Buffalo Wild Wings lead the floor, bar, kitchen, or takeout operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The role involves coordinating with General Manager and other managers to ensure high standards of service and profitability across departments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable guest experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to build an all-star lineup each day.
• Own execution across operations, focusing on guest engagement, quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
• Champion in-house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.

Job location: 1724 East Jackson, Macomb, IL 61455. Salary range: $18.00 - $27.40 hourly. Position supports multiple departments including Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality, with duties spanning staffing, training, inventory, cost control, and guest experience programs.
