Responsibilities
- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- The Department Manager operates similarly to a shift manager but also leads assigned departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People).
- Oversee and manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
- For the Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, organize Front Counter McCafé, Drive‑Thru, and McDelivery areas.
- For the Kitchen Department Manager: ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, fast food, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
- For the People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, ensure crew start well, and recognize and motivate them throughout their tenure.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
