Position

Department Managers – hourly wage $17.00–$22.00, depending on experience and availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned departmental systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and other managers.
• Guest Service Department: ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and maintain organization of Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department: ensure quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and proper training of kitchen staff for production procedures and new menu items.
• People Department: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, ensure crew get off to a good start, and recognize and motivate them.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
