Responsibilities
- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Some managers lead departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
- The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew deliver great customer experience, sales promotions, staff training, and organization of the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru.
- The Kitchen Department Manager ensures quality food is delivered quickly, food safety is maintained, costs are controlled, and staff are trained on production procedures.
- The People Department Manager ensures hiring, training, scheduling, and crew motivation.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
